º Aprobados los Estatutos y el Proyecto de Organización, se devolverá una copia de éstos a los interesados quienes procederán a solemnizar el contrato de sociedad. Con la escritura de constitución se protocolizará el documento de la Superintendencia aprobatorio de los estatutos. Al acreditarse ante la Superintendencia Bancaria la existencia legal de las sociedades corredoras de seguros, se efectuará la inscripción y expedirá el certificado correspondiente.
