º. Sanciones. Independientemente de las sanciones legales a que haya lugar, los distribuidores minoristas que infrinjan las normas establecidas en este decreto, estarán sujetos a la imposición de las siguientes sanciones, de conformidad con la naturaleza, efectos, modalidades y gravedad del hecho: suspensión de la estación de servicio y cierre definitivo de la estación de servicio.
