Las mercancías que hayan ingresado a la Zona Franca Transitoria, deberán ser reexportadas, declaradas para consumo o introducidas a la Zona Franca de Cúcuta, antes del 4 de enero de 1986 so pena de que se consideren legalmente abandonadas a favor de la Nación a la llegada de esta fecha, en aplicación del artículo 109 del Decreto número 2666 de 1984.

Parágrafo

El Administrador de la Aduana de Cúcuta, dictará las resoluciones de abandono de las mercancías que se encuentren en el recinto ferial el 4 de enero de 1986, salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo siguiente.
