TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.5.3.3 Del registro único de proponentes. El interesado deberá presentar ante la instancia competente del municipio o distrito donde se encuentre el inmueble sobre el que se desarrollará el proyecto, copia del Registro Único de Proponentes actualizado, de conformidad con la normatividad vigente sobre la materia.

Parágrafo

Si en el respectivo año el interesado hubiese efectuado la radicación de este documento en el mismo municipio o distrito, no tendrá la obligación de presentarlo nuevamente. En tal caso, deberá suministrar la información necesaria para que las autoridades locales anexen al expediente copia del Registro Único de Proponentes previamente radicado.
