Para el cumplimiento de las funciones a que se refiere el artículo 79, el Fondo actuará en estrecha y permanente coordinación con el Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior (INCOMEX) a fin de asegurar la unidad de criterio en la ejecución de la política que fije el Gobierno.
