El Gobierno tiene derecho a inspeccionar los teléfonos que actualmente existen y los que se establezcan de conformidad con esta Ley, en cuanto así lo requiera la conservación del orden público, y podrá tomar por su cuenta dicho servicio telefónico en caso de guerra civil o internacional, por el tiempo de su duración, sin lugar a indemnizaciones de perjuicios por este motivo.
