Articulo 6°. Los ciudadanos que no posean cédula laminada deberán presentar, para inscribirse, uno cualquiera de los documentos que a continuación se expresan, y del cual se deduzca inequívocamente la identidad y la mayor edad del solicitante. Tales documentos son: Cédula de ciudadanía antigua, libreta militar, cédula de identidad militar otorgada a los militares en retiro, tarjeta de identidad postal, carnet de afiliación al instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales, pasaporte colombiano y cédula de Policía.
