Las multas por deficiencia del encaje legal de que trata el artículo 32 de la citada Ley 45, podrán imponerse, aunque tales deficiencias no duren por veinte días consecutivamente, cuando a juicio del Superintendente el establecimiento bancario respectivo apelare a medios inconvenientes o inseguros para cubrir tales deficiencias.
