La Escuela do Injeniería civil i militar empezará a funcionar con independencia de la Universidad nacional, tan pronto como lleguen al país los Oficiales con no se contraten en el estranjero. Mientras tanto dicha Escuela continuará como la han organizado la lei i los estatutos universitarios.
