Artículo segundo. Auméntase a tres pesos con sesenta centavos ($ 3.60) diarios, el valor del subsidio correspondiente a cada uno de los enfermos de lepra hospitalizados en los sanatorios (antes Lazaretos) del país. El valor de este subsidio se continuará destinando al sostenimiento de los mismos enfermos dentro de los respectivos hospitales.
