Los gastos que demanda la ejecución de esta Ley, se consideran incluidos en el Presupuesto desde la próxima vigencia, y si por algún motivo se motive tal inclusión, el Gobierno queda facultado para hacer las financiaciones necesarias a su estricto cumplimiento.
