Aplicación del Método 5. De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 16 de la Decisión 378, el Método 5 contenido en las disposiciones del artículo 6º del Acuerdo del Valor del GATT de 1994, no será aplicado antes del 27 de junio de 1998. Durante este período al tenor de lo establecido en el articulo 13 de este decreto cuando no se hayan podido aplicar los Métodos 1 a 4, se aplicará el Método 6.
