El artículo 58 del Decreto 700 de 1954 quedará así: Artículo 58. Las apelaciones de los autos interlocutorios se sustanciarán por el Superior en la forma que sigue: Repartido el expediente, el Juez o Magistrado ordenará correr traslado al Agente del Ministerio Público por cinco (5) días, y luego se fijará en lista por el mismo término. Vencido el término de fijación en lista, dentro del cual pueden los interesados presentar sus pruebas y alegatos, decidirá el Superior dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes.
