Destínase la cantidad de cien mil pesos $ 100,000.00) para la construcción y dotación de un Hotel Moderno en el puerto fluvial de Quibdó, capital de la Intendencia del Chocó. Dicho hotel será de propiedad nacional y administrado de conformidad con la reglamentación que dé el Gobierno a esta disposición. Si el Estado enajenare la propiedad de este hotel, la persona nacional o jurídica que lo adquiera gozará de los privilegios concedidos por la Ley 64 de 1938 .
