Con El Fin De Hacer El Estudio Y La Adjudicación De Las Obras Plásticas A Que Se Refiere El Artículo Anterior, Créase Una Comisión Permanente De 4 Miembros, Designados Por El Gobierno Nacional, Así: Uno Que Represente Al Ministerio De Educación Nacional; Uno Que Represente Al Ministerio De Obras Públicas; Uno Que Represente A Los Arquitectos, Y Uno Que Represente A Los Pintores Y Artistas

° Con el fin de hacer el estudio y la adjudicación de las obras plásticas a que se refiere el artículo anterior, créase una Comisión Permanente de 4 miembros, designados por el Gobierno Nacional, así: Uno que represente al Ministerio de Educación Nacional; Uno que represente al Ministerio de Obras Públicas; Uno que represente a los arquitectos, y Uno que represente a los pintores y artistas.

Parágrafo

Las adjudicaciones se harán por mayoría absoluta de votos; y en caso de empate, decidirá el voto de un quinto miembro nombrado conjuntamente por los Ministros de Educación y Obras Públicas.
