Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación sin perjuicio del régimen de transición previsto en el artículo 11 del presente decreto, modifica la denominación del Capítulo 1 del Título 2 del Libro 36 de la Parte 2, los artículos 2.36.2.1.1, 2.36.2.2.1, 2.36.2.2.5, 2.36.2.2.8, 2.36.2.2.10, 2.36.2.2.12 Y 2.36.2.2.16, adiciona el artículo 2.36.2.1.3, sustituye el artículo 2.36.2.2.18 y deroga el
