Los servidores públicos del Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses que se desempeñen en funciones de mensajería tendrán derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte, así: a) Para ciudades de más de un millón de habitantes: cincuenta y siete mil trescientos sesenta pesos ($57.360) m/cte. mensuales; d) El personal de Unidades Básicas cuya cobertura se extienda a varios municipios tendrá derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte por valor de treinta y ocho mil ochocientos veintinueve pesos ($38.829) m/cte. mensuales.
