La Oficina de Investigaciones Especiales podrá practicar cualquier clase de pruebas de las previstas en el régimen disciplinario Estas diligencias tendrán el mismo valor probatorio otorgado por el Código de Procedimiento Penal en el artículo 338 a las practicadas por los funcionarios a que se refiere el literal c) del artículo 332.
