Autorícese al Gobierno nacional, a través del Ministerio de Hacienda, Ministerio de Cultura, se apropien los recursos necesarios para la adecuación de la infraestructura de la casa de la cultura en la ciudad de Paz de Ariporo, departamento de Casanare, en homenaje a los héroes llaneros de la Independencia, la cual llevará el nombre de Juan Nepomuceno Moreno.
