Art.79. Son nulos los convenios particulares de los acreedores con el concursado, á menos que se reduzcan á la simple remisión de sus créditos. Si se hicieren, los acreedores perderán los derechos de cualquiera clase que tengan en el concurso, y el concursado será declarado fraudulento.
