Artículo tercero. La documentación completa junto con la demanda, deberá presentarse ante el Consejo Nacional de Práctica Profesional del Ministerio de Salud Pública personalmente, pero si el interesado no residiere en Bogotá, deberá hacerlo ante un Juez del Circuito de su vecindad. En este último caso, el Juez ante quien se presente le pondrá la nota correspondiente y la remitirá a la mayor brevedad, a costa del interesado, por paquete certificado a la corporación citada primeramente.
