Art. 3. ° Cada uno de los Ajentes principales i comisionados, de que habla este decreto, gozará del sueldo mensual de sesenta pesos. A los Comisionados se les dará, ademas, en cada mes, para gastos de movilizacion y viajes, una asignacion adicional, en los términos siguientes: veinte i seis pesos al del Cauca ; veinte al del Santander, i diez i ocho a los de Boyacá i Tolima.
