El Museo de Arte Sagrado y la Casa de la Cultura tendrán su Junta Directiva, que elaborará su propio reglamento, la cual constará de cinco miembros, así: El Obispo titular de la Diócesis, quien la presidirá; un representante del Excelentísimo Cardenal Primado de Colombia; un delegado del señor Presidente de la República; un delegado elegido por la Asamblea Departamental, y el Gobernador del Departamento o su Delegado.
