El que fabrique, venda o distribuya artículo de cualquier clase con etiquetas o avisos que inciten al consumo de drogas que producen dependencia, incurrirá en multa de uno (1) a cuarenta (40) salarios mínimos mensuales, las autoridades decomisarán y destruirán tales artículos.
