Art. 2º El remanente que resulte de la diferencia de cambio, una vez deducidos los gastos de comisión de que trata el artículo anterior, se destinará al cambio de billetes deteriorados, los cuales se entregarán á la Junta de Amortización para su retiro de la circulación.
