El Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje no expedirá los certificados de paz y salvo a que se refiere el artículo 29 de Decreto 3123 de 1968 a los empleadores que incumplan la obligación de contratar los aprendices que por resolución del Director General se le señalen o que hubieren dejado de pagar dos meses consecutivos de salario de uno o más aprendices.
