Proferido por el Comandante de la Unidad auto de enjuiciamiento, pedirá permiso al jefe superior respectivo para la Convocatoria del Consejo de Guerra.

Obtenido el permiso, el Comandante, que será el sustanciador, hará la convocatoria para la decisión de la causa, que no podrá ser para antes de ocho días ni para después de quince, y procederá a verificar el sorteo de Vocales.
