º. Adoptadas las tarifas por cada establecimiento educativo privado dentro del límite porcentual fijado en el artículo anterior, se deberá informar por escrito a las respectivas Secretarías de Educación, para el ejercicio de la función de inspección y vigilancia que les compete.
