La presente rige a partir de su promulgación y publicación en el Diario Oficial y deroga el Título XI, “De los delitos contra los recursos naturales y el medio ambiente” Capítulo Único, Delitos contra los recursos naturales y medio ambiente, artículos 328 a 339, del Libro II, PARTE ESPECIAL DE LOS DELITOS EN GENERAL de la Ley 599 de 2000 y todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
