Art. 34. Recibida una cuenta en la Oficina, será escrupulosamente comparada con la relación adjunta, se acusará recibo de ella al interesado y se pasará al Contador respectivo para su examen y fenecimiento en primera instancia. La apertura y confrontación se hará por el Secretario de la Oficina.
