Autorízase al Gobierno para construir, por administración directa o delegada o por contrato de ejecución, una línea de tranvía movido por fuerza mecánica, que partiendo de la estación de Juntas de Apulo vaya a la cabecera del Municipio de Viotá y hasta los Municipios del Colegio y de San Antonio. En la construcción de esta línea podrá el Gobierno invertir parte de los productos líquidos que le corresponden en la explotación del ferrocarril de Girardot.
