Con el fin de fomentar la producción de manteca de cerdo pura, la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, prestará a las refinerías de dicho producto las sumas que éstas les soliciten para ser invertidas en manteca destinada a la refinación. Dichos préstamos deben quedar garantizados con el mismo producto y se harán por el ochenta por ciento (80%) del precio que él tenga en el mercado local el día en que se verifique el préstamo respectivo.
