ARTICULO 2.1.2.1.26 . REGIMEN DE TASAS DE INTERES APLICABLE A DEPOSITOS DE AHORRO COMUNES Y A TERMINO. De acuerdo con los artículos 1 y 3 del Decreto 2994 de 1990, las tasas de interés que ofrezcan reconocer los bancos comerciales por la captación de recursos mediante depósitos de ahorro, comunes y a término, así como su forma de liquidación, serán fijadas libremente por la entidad depositaria e informadas al público, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que para el efecto expida la Superintendencia Bancaria.

Parágrafo

Las tasas de interés que se fijen conforme a este artículo no podrán ser variadas durante el período de liquidación del respectivo depósito.
