Para efectos del control del recaudo del impuesto de industria y comercio, por parte de la Gobernación del Departamento Archipiélago, toda transacción comercial realizada en el territorio deberá soportarse con su correspondiente factura de venta, de conformidad con lo establecido por el Estatuto Tributario.
