Art. 4.° Para la total conversión de dichos bonos y billetes , en billetes del Banco Nacional, se aguardará á que el Gobierno supremo designe la oficina ú oficinas que deben verificarla. Comuníquese, publíquese y dése cuenta al Ministerio de Gobierno.
