º El Registro de Proponentes de que trata el artículo 14 del Decreto 2824 de 1991 se abrirá el quinto (5º) día hábil contado a partir del día siguiente al de la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto y permanecerá abierto por cuatro (4) meses calendario contados a partir del día de apertura del registro. Los plazos y fechas de que trata la Resolución 0431 de 1992 se ajustarán a las disposiciones de este artículo.
