El representante, representantes o sus suplentes deben cumplir las siguientes condiciones: a). Ser ciudadano colombiano domiciliado en el país; b) Poseer título profesional; c) No ser empleado oficial ni pertenecer a juntas o consejos de entidades gubernamentales, y d). No haber contratado, a titulo personal, como socio o empleado de una firma consultora, los estudios correspondientes.
