La Alcaldía Municipal de Plato (Magdalena) podrá solicitar al Consejo Departamental de Patrimonio Cultural del departamento del Magdalena el concepto previo favorable para proceder a declarar Bienes de Interés Cultural, los siguientes inmuebles que se encuentran en el municipio:

1.) Iglesia Inmaculada Concepción.

Parágrafo

La declaratoria de los bienes de interés cultural por parte de la Alcaldía Municipal de Plato (Magdalena), atenderá el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 5° de la Ley 1185 de 2008 o aquella norma vigente para tal efecto.
