° Las entidades descentralizadas consignarán en la Tesorería General de la República antes del 30 de mayo de cada año el valor de los gastos de fiscalización determinados en las resoluciones previstas en el artículo primero. Las sumas así depositadas ingresarán a fondos comunes, por no constituir una renta de destinación especial.
