Programas recreativos, culturales o de capacitación. El empleador elaborará los programas que deban realizarse para cumplir con lo previsto en el artículo 21 de la Ley 50 de 1990.

Dichos programas estarán dirigidos a la realización de actividades recreativas, culturales, deportivas o de capacitación, incluyendo en éstas las relativas a aspectos de salud ocupacional, procurando la integración de los trabajadores, el mejoramiento de la productividad y de las relaciones laborales.
