Cuando la ley dispone que un incidente se sustancie como una articulación, se observan las reglas siguientes: de la solicitud se da traslado a la otra parte por dos días, y si el punto es de puro derecho o con la constelación asume este carácter, el Juez falla dentro de los tres días siguientes. Si hay hechos que probar, se abre a prueba por nueve días, expirados los cuales e informado así por el Secretario, aquel decide dentro de los cinco siguientes.
