Suprímese en el Consulado General de Colombia en Berlín, Alemania, el cargo de Cónsul de Segunda Clase, Grado ocupacional 2 EX, con una asignación básica mensual de tres mil cuatrocientos sesenta y cuatro dólares con 15/100 (US$3.464.15), cargo actualmente ocupado por el doctor Harold Alfonso Sandoval Bernal, quien se traslada a la Planta Interna del Ministerio al cargo de Segundo Secretario, Código 3056, Grado 06, de la Planta Global, actualmente vacante. El doctor Harold Alfonso Sandoval Bernal es funcionario inscrito en el escalafón de la Carrera Diplomática y Consular de la República en la Categoría de Segundo Secretario.
