Abrase al Poder Ejecutivo, con imputación al Departamento de Relaciones Exteriores, capítulo 31, artículo 212 del Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia económica de 1910, el siguiente crédito adicional:

Para atender el pago de gastos imprevistos, tales como honorarios de abogados, gastos de arbitrajes, etc., en el Exterior, ocho mil pesos ($ 8.000).
