La visa para estudiantes becarios de organismos internacionales o que vengan al país dentro del marco de convenios bilaterales de cooperación técnica a o de intercambio educativo, podrá ser expedida por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores o por el Jefe de una oficina consular de la República, autorizado para ello por la Cancillería, hasta por el término de un (1) año y podrá ser renovada por períodos iguales hasta la terminación de estudios.
