Las cátedras básicas de Economía en todos los programas académicos autorizados por el Gobierno Nacional serán dictadas por Economistas matriculados.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de las cátedras básicas de economía se entienden por tales: Teorías económicas, teoría monetaria, teoría de las finanzas públicas, doctrinas económicas, desarrollo económico, política económica, economía internacional, sistemas económicos y planificación económica.
