Modifíquese el artículo 2.2.3.6.1.9 del Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Minas y Energía, 1073 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 2.2.3.6.1.9. Criterios para determinar la metodología. De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 44 de la Ley 143 de 1994, el Ministerio de Minas y Energía, o la entidad que este delegue, aplicará los criterios allí dispuestos para definir la metodología a que se hace referencia en el artículo anterior”.
