Articulo 8º Las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda, individualmente consideradas, no podrán aprobar préstamos en exceso de un peso con veinte centavos ($ 1.20) por cada peso ($ 1.00) de recursos captados, determinados según balance de cada mes. Si por baja de éstos se excediere la relación aquí prevista, la respectiva corporación deberá suspender nuevas aprobaciones hasta que dicha relación se restablezca.
