° Los Almacenes Generales de Depósito que se funden estarán sometidos a la inspección y supervigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, la cual dictará las disposiciones reglamentarias conducentes al eficaz ejercicio de esta facultad. Dicha Oficina podrá exigir a los empresarios de Almacenes Generales que contribuyan con el honorario que aquella fije para atender a los gastos de la inspección y supervigiláncia, y queda autorizada para crear los empleos que ése servició demande.
