Las entidades privadas o de economía mixta que celebren contratos con el Ministerio de Agricultura o reciban auxilios o aportes de éste, estarán sujetas en cuanto a la cuantía de los mismos al control fiscal de la Contraloría General de la República y a los controles adicionales que el Ministerio de Agricultura considere conveniente exigir.
