Artículo primero . Adiciónase el artículo 35 del Decreto legislativo número 2373 de 1956, en el sentido de aumentar el número de miembros de la Junta Central de Contadores de cinco (5) a siete (7), a fin de dar representación a los Contadores Oficiales. Los dos (2) nuevos miembros de la Junta, serán el Director del Presupuesto Nacional, o uno de los delegados que él designe, y el Contralor General de la República o uno de los delegados que él designe.
